About Us

Welcome to Vintage Math / Science / Technology Magnet Elementary School.  We are a full self-contained magnet school in the San Fernando Valley and serve approximately 780 students in Kindergarten through fifth grade.  We are a 2016 California Gold Ribbon School, a 2017 National Blue Ribbon School, a 2020 California Distinguished School, and a 2024 Magnet School of Excellence.

Our Mission

Vintage Magnet School is committed to providing a positive and welcoming school environment that embraces kindness, respect and citizenship among students, staff and community members. This includes actively and authentically seeking parent participation in their children’s educational success through school governance, regular communication between parents and teachers, and community building events.

Virtual Parent Meeting on Annual School Goals & Budget Consultation

Parents, please join us on Zoom at 3:30 PM on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 to learn about this year's goals on our School Plan for Student Achievement and to learn about our budget process as we work toward writing the SPSA for the 2026/2027 school year. Parents who attend will earn 10 Bear Bucks for their child's classroom.
