YDP After School Program Applications for 2025/2026

1. The Youth Development Program (YDP) will be available to students in Kindergarten through fifth grade starting the first day of school.  If you have not submitted an application yet, you can get one from the YDP Coach when you pick your child up from YDP on the first day.  YDP applications can also be downloaded below.  Disregard the YDP Lottery Form page, as all students may participate immediately.

2. Those who previously submitted a Youth Services (YS) application will now be in YDP, starting the first day of school.  YDP coaches will have you complete a YDP application.

3. There is no longer an attendance requirement for YDP.  Students may be picked up anytime between 3:00 and 6:00 PM daily.  Students may participate as many days during the year as needed.

4. To avoid confusion, be sure to send a note to the teacher regarding any changes to your child's regular dismissal procedure.

5. Parents or an adult chosen by the parent must sign-out the student everyday that they attend.
